Country Homestead is all about an idyllic country homestead; one that each generation wants to hold on to, remembers fondly and longs to go back to.  The violet colored Blue Ridge Mountains in the background provide the perfect backdrop for just such a home.  Several barns and outbuildings indicate a simpler, more self-sufficient rural lifestyle.  I worked with a colorful palette and chose to depict the country homestead on a bright sunny day.
