Framed oil painting

The meandering creek, the rolling hills of Rockbridge County, Virginia, the hint of Spring with budding leaves and bales of hay, and cattle resting along the worn trail all come together to create Greener Pastures.  I thought it was the perfect title for such an ideal pastoral scene.  Having recently viewed a French Impressionist exhibit, I painted with energy and inspiration!
